We hand collect our eggs daily, and then wash and immediately refrigerate them. Fresh eggs can last up to 3 months from collection date safely in the fridge.

No, you do not. Placing a pre-order tells us how many orders we need to prepare and how to prepare the day of processing and packaging. Payment is not required until you pickup your order. We take card, cash and check.

We try to raise our meat chickens as humanely and ethically as possible. The first couple of weeks, our chickens are housed indoors in large brooders, and provided local, non-gmo natural high quality feed and fresh water every day. After a couple of weeks, they are ready for pasture in our safe and secure chicken tractors that are moved daily. Here they live out their life on fresh grass and bugs, while still being given access to fresh water and supplemental high quality local natural feed. When they have reached the course of their life, we carefully and humanely cull them, and prepare them for processing.
